Return Process

  Log into your Narwal India account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Our technical support team will conduct a remote assessment or request photos/videos to confirm the device's condition and eligibility for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the product in its original Narwal box including all accessories, manuals, and cleaning solutions to ensure safe transit.

  Pickup and Refund

  We will arrange a free doorstep pickup; once the unit passes warehouse inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
